FREESTYLE: HUMAN FOUNDATION PRESENTS #YOUCAN PROJECT WITH AYNUR MAMMADOVA

YARAT Contemporary Art Space are pleased to invite you to get to know Aynur Mammadova's success story, despite the challenges and watch a short movie about her life on November 3, at 7pm.

Human Foundation is a union of people irrespective of nationality, religion and race. It is a foundation where everybody continuously shares their knowledge, skills, kindness, support and love. We are all different, but one thing unites us: we are all Humans! YOU CAN project (#youcan) consists of presentations of people with limited physical abilities, who have succeeded in life despite huge obstacles. The aim of the project is motivating and guiding people.

The 4th participant of the YOU CAN project is Aynur Mammadova. She was born with congenital absence of the right hand below elbow. New life:  She is a 3 times World, 2 times European champion in para-taekwondo competitions. The winner of the 1st place in shooting sport competition; the 1st place of the World Games in Sochi; 1st place in the World Championship in Turkey. Today Aynur Mammadova is the student of Azerbaijan State Academy of Culture and Sport, the empoloyee of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, and founder of NGO “The integration of people with disability”.

The event organised in frame YARAT Freestyle project, an open platform for everyone who looks to engage creatively with a broad and diverse audience. 

YARAT FREESTYLE aims to set up a scene for creative groups and individuals and is open to actors, dancers, performance artists, musicians and other cultural practitioners. Anyone with a project or an idea can reach out to us.
