FREESTYLE: PROJECT VOID AUDIO VISUAL PERFORMANCE BY ORKHAN MAMMAD AND FRIENDS

YARAT Contemporary Art Space pleased to invite you to join us on our ‘VOID' trip to a fantasy world of music and visuals with multi-tasking artist & graphic-designer Orkhan Mammad and his talented friends – Dihaj (Diana Hajiyeva), COCA INN (Azad Badaldov, Sekond Floor (Ali Abbasbeyli), HAZY (Hazi Kerimov) and George EFFE. 

Event organised in frame YARAT Freestyle project, an open platform for everyone who looks to engage creatively with a broad and diverse audience. 

YARAT FreeStyle aims to set up a scene for creative groups and individuals and is open to actors, dancers, performance artists, musicians and other cultural practitioners. Anyone with a project or an idea can reach out to us.

VOID Audio/Visual Performance: The Cosmos is a complex and orderly system; the opposite of chaos. When we realise our vast evolutionary potential, then we will advance into superhuman functioning, not at the consious but the superconscious level. We are meant to become cosmically activated bioelectromagnetic plasma generators. A trip through an electric cosmos unfolds in an imagined environment with an electronic musix on the background.

The physical processing of sounds by the brain leave remnants in its structure as it learns about the outside world. Eventually the universe and the platonix realm of laws and structures are perceived. But while the natural laws and their resulting universe seem to crate and contain the mind, the mind ultimately contains them all. Chemical processes perform an endless dance of growing and dissolving, flooding and evaporating, melting and recrystalising, creating an all together perfectly sunced synthesis of sound and picture.

A visual journey through electronic music will take you deep into both music and stunning visual backgrounds. You will have a chance to experience cross-disciplinary live performance - collaboration of artists of different disciplines. It’s about a shared experience, the combined consumption of real time audio and video - an impressive miracle touching all senses.

Live experimental video and audio performance of the song 'Geceler Kechir' in a collaboration with a talented singer DiHaj. We invite the viewer to make personal connection to the visual and auditory experience of this part of VOID PROJECT. 

Balance Audio/Visual Performance: That balance between black and white, dark and bright, day and night. Balance of energy of energy coming from inside. Balance of sound and vision is what right. Balance between consuming and creating. Consumer or Creator? Who are you? The Audience can be transported by a visual show to incredible settings, both more real and more fantastic. It's the definitive live, immersive, audio-visual sensory experience. The perfect combination of sound and visuals. Great colourful, psychedelic generative visuals. Breathtaking. 

'Are you real?' Interactive audio/video perforamnce: purpose of the installation is to let people zoom out and observe their movements. Synesthetic experiences of sounds and visuals generated from body movement. The user and his surroundings transforms system of particles. A virtual reality. In which movement becomes sound and musix and matter seems to dissolve.
