Even though YARAT Contemporary Art Space was established recently it has assisted many local artists through the invaluable involvement of our sponsors and benefactors. This is the brief information about the advantages that the status of a sponsor or a benefactor to our projects provides. We hope that this information will be useful in your decision to support our organization.
Our strategy at YARAT Contemporary Art Space, is to establish an on-going trend in our projects that will take place every year. Once you have chosen the format of co-operation that suits you it will enable you to become our constant partner. The sponsorship agreement facilitates your participation in one or several projects.
YARAT Contemporary Art Space offers our perspective sponsors and benefactors the following options:
The exclusiveness entails the full sponsorship of each given project, without representation or marketing material of any third party. The list of the advantages granted to the Exclusive Sponsor include but are not limited to the permanent presence of the sponsoring company's logo and brand in all the advertisement and information materials produced for the said project as well as the company's representatives attending the project events. The company's logo and brand represented in all the electronic media, TV, presentations, press conference, special ceremonies. All other methods of representation and communication can be negotiated unless they contradict with the essence of the given project and the policy of YARAT Contemporary Art Space.
The above must be pre-negotiated and determined between the parties, as well as the scope of financial aid to be provided. The exclusive sponsorship agreements are signed for one year with a renewal option.
The difference of the general sponsor and exclusive sponsorship is that it does not exclude other companies' representations. In order to become a general sponsor the interested company should cover at least 75% of the total budget of any given project.
The general sponsor has the right to place its logo (or logos, if this is an umbrella brand, in which case it is necessary to negotiate in advance the number of brands to be represented) and brand name on all the print, digital, audio and video media used within the frameworks of the given project.The brand name and the slogan will be announced at the opening and closing of the project as well as the events that will be undertaken to gain support for the project. The general sponsor should note the fact that the right of use of certain marketing tools will be granted to other project sponsors.
The general sponsor is entitled to the followings (depending on the theme and format of a given project):
- The status of the General Sponsor of the Project
- The status and placement of their logo on invitations and information letters
- The attendance of the company's representatives at the project opening and closing ceremonies
- The opportunity to have a company speaker at the project opening and closing ceremonies
- Placement of the company logo and brief info in the print materials distributed in support of the project
- Placement of the company logo in TV news features of the project
- Advertising slogan announced on radio trails
- Placement of the company logo at the official website of YARAT!! Contemporary Art Space
- Placement of the company logo on YARAT!! Contemporary Art Space's Facebook page
- Placement of the company logo on billboards and other external media of the project
- The company logo in the advertisement that will be published in the Boutique, Baku and Passage magazines (and other magazines that may be included eventually)
- Placement of the company advert roll-up, stand or other medium at the project opening and closing ceremonies
- Placement of the company advert roll-up, stand or other medium during all the exhibitions in the project's format
- Mentioning the company's name in all the mass media publications for the project
- The special appreciation by the project's organisers including their advertising slogan announced at the opening and closing ceremonies.
The option to mention the involvement in the project in the company's own news releases, on the corporate website, in the addresses to clientele and employees, in annual reports and at corporate presentations. The materials should be agreed beforehand with a representative of YARAT! Contemporary Art Space.
The official sponsor is a company whose contribution covers 10-30% of the total budget of the projects. The Official sponsor is entitled to the followings (depending on the theme and format of a specific project)
- The status of the Official Sponsor of the project
- The status and placement of their logo on invitations and information letters
- Placement of the company's logo and brief info in the print materials distributed in support of the project
- Placement of the company's logo at the official website of YARAT Contemporary Art Space
- Placement of the company's logo on YARAT Contemporary Art Space's Facebook page
- Placement of the company's logo on billboards and other external media of the project
- The company's logo in advertisements that will be published in the Boutique, Baku and Passage magazines
- The general appreciation of the project organisers announced at the opening and closure ceremonies
The option to mention the involvement in the project in the company's own news releases, on the corporate website, in the addresses to clientele and employees, in annual reports and at corporate presentations. The materials should be agreed beforehand with a representative of YARAT Contemporary Art Space.
The technical sponsor is a company which prefer to provide any kind of technical support rather than direct financing. For example, telecommunications, logistics, transportation services can be regarded to as a technical support.
In this case, the advantages granted to the technical sponsor shall be negotiated on a case-by-case basis, depending on the sponsor's specialisation and the scope of services it provides.
Please, bear in mind that sponsorship agreement stipulates the cooperation based on commercial interest of the funding organisation, that is the right to place advertisements on the pre-determined terms and conditions, while benefactors provide funding without pursuing any commercial interest, but otherwise seeking to fulfil their social role and responsibility.
