Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan on awarding honorary titles to the cultural figures of the Republic of Azerbaijan

YARAT Contemporary Art Space proudly congratulates YARAT Director Emil Topchiyev on being awarded the “Taraggi” Medal in accordance with Article 109, Paragraph 23 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan for his service in the development of Azerbaijani culture.
We congratulate YARAT artists Rashad Alakbarov and Faig Ahmad on being awarded the honorary title of Honored Artist in accordance with Article 109, paragraph 32 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan for their service in the development of Azerbaijani culture.
We likewise congratulate artist Eldar Gurbanov, who participated in YARAT exhibitions and projects who was awarded the 3rd degree “Labor” order in accordance with Article 109, paragraph 23 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan for his service in the development of Azerbaijani culture, and sculptor Huseyn Hagverdiyev and artist Aliyar Alimirzoyev who in accordance with Article 109, paragraph 32 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan were awarded the honorary title of People's Artist for their contribution to the development of Azerbaijani culture.
