YARAT invites you to a lecture by Stephan Wackwitz, a German writer, journalist and former director of Goethe Institute Tbilisi.

Based on the project "Museum as a time machine" (German: "Zeitmaschine Museum"), which he curated, Stephan Wackwitz will talk about the influence and role of the museum concept in the modern post-Soviet society. The project was organized by the Goethe Institute in various post-Soviet regions in 2012-2014. (Moscow, St. Petersburg, Novosibirsk, Kyiv, Minsk, Tashkent, Almaty, Tbilissi, and Baku).

He will give an overview of the activities in various countries, give examples of the knowledge transfer, best practices and experimental projects.
