YARAT Contemporary Art Space is delighted to invite you to the screening of the Javid’s Life, a film directed by Ramiz Hasanoglu in frame YARAT Film Club.

A biographical film recounts the most memorable episodes from the life of a great Azerbaijani playwright Hussein Javid. It tells about the tragedy of Javid’s family members, who became victims of the repressions in 1937, but wouldn’t bent in the face of the cruel regime.

Fragments from Javid’s most popular plays were included in the film.

The introduction will be made by the director and members of the film crew.
