OVERVIEW

Giuditta Vendrame is a designer and researcher based in the Netherlands. She explores the intersections between design, art practice and legal systems. To question the opaque nature of the latter, to make them debatable, she uses different media (film, performance, installations). She researches the notion of citizenship and its paradoxes and she is interested in exploring ways to open political spaces through playful and poetical interventions.

Her work has been exhibited and presented at “...in the dark” Van Abbemuseum x TAC during GLOW (2018), “LuForum meets Reciprocity”, Ludwig Forum Aachen, Germany (2018), “Water School”, IABR International Architecture Biennale Rotterdam (2018), “Work, Body, Leisure”: Dutch Pavilion at the 16th International Architecture Exhibition of La Biennale di Venezia (2018).
