ARTIM: NOFAL SHAHLAROGHLU POETIC OEUVRE BY DADASH ADNA

YARAT Contemporary Art Space features Dadash Adna’s poetic oeuvre performed by actor Nofal Shahlaroghlu within the framework of the parallel program of "Dadash Adna: Love me" exhibition in ARTIM Project Space.   

The poetic night together with a close friend of Dadash Adna, actor Nofal Shahlaroghlu will be hosted within the framework of the exhibition "Dadash Adna: Love me" in ARTIM Project Space.  During the event, N. Shalaroghlu will read the selection of the author’s poems, and later hold the discussion on the poems with the audience.   

Dadash Adna’s poems were written in the free verse. In his poems, which were written in both Azeri and Turkish, he speaks about his daily-basis situations, feelings and thoughts. Beyond that, the author’s philosophical attitude and questions are reflected in the poems’ content. As in his all works, the feeling of love is  also strongly expressed in poetry. 

Love Me covers the full spectrum of Dadash Adna’s body of work, bringing together his photography, video, poster, poetry and paintings. Considering that many have recognized him through social networks, the artist's life has remained a mystery for too many. Adna’s life and oeuvre, primarily known by his photography and poems, are endowed with love. "Love Me" forms the exhibition’s core point standing out as a message, calling and the biggest expectation from the world.
